This was the first time out in a new Historic spec MK2 Escort, prepared by Rallysport Developments in Malton, which a new BDG Engine from Jondel Racing Engines. The Plains was being used to try out the car and it ran faultlessly and didn't miss a beat as we went on win the Historic Category and a very respectable 13th Overall in the whole rally.
