Citroën Total Abu Dhabi World Rally Team's Sébastien Loeb won the Rallye Monte Carlo 2013. The nine-time world champion's victory took his toll of Monte-Carlo wins to seven. Loeb led the rally from the Wednesday finishing 1:39.9 ahead of Volkswagen Motorsport's Sébastien Ogier. The 81st Rallye Monte-Carlo threw every condition at the drivers - snow, ice, rain and slush as the rally moved between Valence and Monaco. Loeb said he'd never seen such a dangerous 'Monte'. The race organisers had to cancel the final two stages of the rally because of the treacherous conditions and gridlock on the surrounding public roads. Sébastien Ogier took second place in Volkswagen's first World Rally Championship outing and making up the podium was Loeb's team-mate Dani Sordo.
